The results present the normal heart rate of Daphnia. Then 0.1 concentration of caffeine solution was used on Daphnia by dropping 2 drops of caffeine solution on them. The average of heartbeats was 67.75. There is increasing of heart rate between distilled water and caffeine solution. Thus, we suggested that caffeine truly have effect on Daphnia.
